BIM roadmap, Digital Twin and cargo flow simulation. Added 4 investment and corporate advisory services.
The ICD Mỹ Đình project management consulting contract was signed in 2017 and still follows the project through many rounds of master plan adjustments. Very few mid-sized consulting firms have stayed with an infrastructure project for so long.
Design review and construction supervision for cargo terminals at Nội Bài, Phú Minh, Đà Nẵng and Thọ Xuân — working with both ALS and Vietnam Airports Corporation.
Mộc Bài (Tây Ninh), Hữu Nghị (Lạng Sơn) and Trà Lĩnh (Cao Bằng) — 3 international border gates with 3 different terrains and 3 different procedural regimes.
Construction drawing design and production supervision in Vietnam for house models in a housing project in Darwin, Australia.
From the Trà Lĩnh border gate with China to the Mộc Bài border gate with Cambodia, from inland waterway ports along the Red River to the cargo terminal in Đà Nẵng. Each region has its own set of procedures and its own geology — experience that a certificate cannot show.
2 certificates underpin every document CGD signs: one issued by the Hanoi Department of Construction, the other by the Ministry of Construction at the highest class.
Issued July 11, 2022. Recognized for 9 fields of practice:
Issued on September 27, 2023.
Class 1 is the highest class in the construction capability certification system. It is the requirement for undertaking design and design review for civil works of every grade, with no limit on scale.
In addition to the organizational certificates, CGD's key personnel hold practicing licenses in each discipline: planning, architecture, structure, mechanical and electrical, water supply and drainage, technical infrastructure, transport, fire protection, surveying and cost estimation.
Each facility type has its own set of constraints the drawings must resolve: container truck routes, clear height, water levels, airport security corridors, warehouse floor loads. That is where experience counts.
Container yard layout, one-way truck routes, inspection and customs areas, CFS warehouse, weighing station and integrated technical infrastructure.
Berth area planning, back-of-port warehouses, service roads, links between yards and piers, and port operations buildings.
Design and review of cargo terminals, off-airport air cargo warehouses and cargo handling areas, plus supervision of equipment installation.
General warehouses, cold storage, off-airport air cargo warehouses, raised loading platforms, truck parking and turning areas, dock doors.
Subdivision planning, industrial cluster technical infrastructure, feasibility study report review and construction supervision.
Truck parking, bonded warehouses, cargo transshipment areas and logistics service zones at international border gates.
12 featured logistics infrastructure projects from a portfolio of more than 100 projects advised by CGD.

About 20 permanent staff and nearly 30 collaborating experts on a per-project basis, from planning to supervision. Capabilities are stated by discipline and lead certificate holder, not by headcount.

A network of associate experts is mobilized project by project, including people who have held executive positions at logistics, port and aviation companies, alongside design and planning leads with decades in the profession.
Every discipline in a dossier signed by CGD has a lead who holds the relevant practicing certificate: planning, architecture, structure, M&E, water supply and drainage, technical infrastructure, transport, fire prevention and fighting, survey and cost estimating.
Topographic and geological survey equipment and accredited laboratories are mobilized according to the technical plan for each package, through specialist contractors. This keeps consulting costs reasonable and ensures the right type of equipment is always available for each terrain.
Tools in use and the investment roadmap are disclosed separately.
Aubot is CF Group's warehouse automation unit — AGVs, AS/RS, conveyors and WMS/WCS control software. CGD handles the building works around that equipment: structure, M&E, water supply and drainage, fire protection, floor levels. Equipment and building sit in one set of documents, so the owner does not have to rework the building after the equipment is fixed.

Fifteen years of logistics infrastructure consulting, more than a hundred projects across twenty-one provinces and cities: dry ports, cargo terminals, river ports, border gates. CGD focuses solely on logistics infrastructure as its core expertise, and puts calculation tools on the web so project owners have the numbers before the first meeting.
Two tool videos:
ICD dry port sizing: enter annual TEU throughput and the tool calculates quay, container yard, truck gate and total required area — change the handling equipment or dwell time to see how the land requirement rises or falls.
Site check: paste the cadastral coordinate table, and the tool converts it to GPS using the province's central meridian, calculates the area, draws the boundary and shows satellite imagery of the site over the years. Coordinates are not sent to CGD.
Project objectives, legal status and current condition.
Master layout and investment scenarios.
Coordinated design documents with the total investment estimate.
Documents submitted for appraisal, with clarifications.
Oversight through acceptance and handover.

Before finalizing a master layout, we ask exactly one question: how does this facility run at peak hour?
A layout that cannot answer that smoothly is not yet an option — and that is the difference between a pretty drawing and a facility that can actually operate.
Most are logistics, aviation and infrastructure companies. For this client group, our consulting documents are read by the very people who will operate the facility.

For the same 1,500 trucks/day, a manual gate needs 11 lanes, an OCR gate 4, and a pre-registration card gate 2. One lane short, waiting time can rise from 4 minutes to over 30 minutes.

For the same 10,000 pallets, the warehouse can range from 2,300 to 6,100 m² and the site from 5,200 to 10,600 m². Height, racking type and daily pallet movements largely decide it.

A 5,000-pallet freezer store needs about 70–140 kW of compressor power, with electricity costs of 0.7–1.4 billion VND/year. The biggest variable is not the panels but the air infiltrating through the doors.
