Privacy policy

Information collected

• Google sign-in: email, name, profile photo. Email sign-in: email and password (stored as a one-way hash).
• Contact profile: full name, phone number (required before generating images).
• Consultation form: full name, organization, phone, email, project type, role, project stage, description.
• Invoice (if requested): organization name, tax code, address, email for receiving the invoice.

Traffic statistics

• Page views and tool actions are counted without tracking cookies or storing the original IP address: the visitor ID is an encrypted string that changes every day, so a person's history cannot be reconstructed across days; data is kept for 90 days. Aggregated statistics use Vercel Web Analytics.

Photos and drawings

• Uploaded layouts, drawings and existing-condition photos are used only for that generation and are not stored on CGD servers.
• Result images are kept in private storage; viewing links expire after 60 minutes; images are kept for up to 90 days and customers can delete them at any time.
• Images appear in the public sample gallery only when the owner turns this on themselves Allow as a sample, and are displayed without a name.
• Site screening, Permitting roadmap, Budget estimate, Progress report and the 3D viewer run in the browser; data is not sent to CGD unless the customer clicks send.

Data processors

• Google: sign-in, and Gemini AI for generating images and reading uploaded drawings. Supabase: database and image storage. Vercel: web server and traffic statistics. Resend: sending verification emails.
• CGD does not sell personal data and do not use customer data to train AI models.

User rights

• View and edit contact records; delete generated images directly in the tool.
• Request deletion of account and data via email cgdvietnam@gmail.com; CGD processes requests within 7 days. Unused credit balances are handled under the refund policy.
