Questionnaire for investors before designing a logistics warehouse
49 questions in 8 groups that the consulting unit needs the investor to answer before making a plan: goods and operations, total area, architecture, structure, electricity, water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment and fire prevention. Answering enough from the beginning helps avoid multiple-round design revisions.
Use
Download the Excel file, fill in the column "Investor's response"; Undetermined items write "Unknown". The "Example answer" column is a reference from designed warehouses, not a recommendation for every project. Return it to CGD with an extract of land boundaries and construction regulations of the industrial park.

| 4 | Parking lots for cars, motorbikes and trucks; car roof | ||
| 5 | Support areas need to be arranged: pump house - fire protection water tank, transformer station, generator, wastewater treatment station, garbage house, charging house | Mark required items | There are all categories |
| IV | ARCHITECTURE | ||
| 1 | Estimated warehouse area (m²), number of compartments/warehouses, whether fire partitions are divided between warehouses | ||
| 2 | Clearance height / maximum operating height of the warehouse (m) | Depends on shelf height | [need investor confirmation] |
| 3 | Warehouse floor level compared to yard (high dock or low dock), number of dock doors, door size | The warehouse floor is 1.2 m higher than the yard; rolling door 5.17 × 5.17 m | |
