Failed images: automatic refund
- The system deducts credits before sending the request to the AI. If the AI cannot return an image, the credit is added back immediately, no request required.
Refund of unused credits
- Topped-up credits that are unused are refundable if requested by the customer within 7 days of the top-up date and approved.
- Refund amount = unused credits × price per image of the package topped up. Bonus credits (welcome gift, package extras) are not convertible to cash.
- Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account used for the top-up, within 7 working days of CGD confirming the request.
No refunds
- Credits already used to generate an image successfully, even if the result is not what you wanted. You can use the Edit image with notes button to refine it further (costs 1 credit each time).
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after the top-up date.
