Top up AI rendering credits by bank transfer to CGD's account using the QR code, with the correct top-up code in the transfer description. E-invoices issued on request.

Method

  • Bank transfer to the CGD company bank account using the QR code the system generates when you select a package. The account holder name shown on the QR code is the name of CGD Company.

Steps

  • Select a package and enter invoice details if needed; the system issues a top-up code (format: CGD plus 6 characters) and a QR code.
  • Transfer the exact amount, with the transfer description set to the top-up code. An incorrect description will delay crediting.
  • CGD reconciles bank statements and adds credits to your account, usually during business hours.
  • Each account can hold up to 3 pending top-up orders; customers can cancel unpaid orders themselves.

Underpayment and overpayment

  • Underpayment: credits are not added; CGD will contact you to arrange the balance.
  • Overpayment: credits are still added according to the package; the excess is refunded by bank transfer to the sending account within 7 working days of CGD's confirmation.

Invoice

  • When topping up, enter the company name, tax code, address and email for receiving the invoice. The electronic invoice is sent by email within 3 working days after the top-up order is approved.
