    Why does each type of project have a different number of steps?

    Some types have their own procedures: an ICD must be checked against the dry port system master plan and announced open before operating; bonded warehouses and CFS need customs recognition; cold storage needs equipment inspection; dangerous goods warehouses have their own safety conditions; foreign investors add an investment registration step.

    Why is there no timeline for each step?

    Processing time depends on the documents, the locality and each case. CGD does not give figures it cannot verify.
