CGD prepares 1/500 detailed plans, 1/2000 zoning plans and partial plan adjustments for dry port (ICD) projects, logistics centers, industrial parks and clusters, urban areas and specialized facilities.
For logistics projects, we test each option against the actual operating problem: when a container truck enters the gate, which route does it take, where does it park, what turning radius does it need, which door does the cargo go through into the warehouse and which way does it leave? A layout that cannot answer that chain of questions is not yet a viable option.

Frequently asked questions
What planning scales can CGD prepare?
Detailed 1/500 plans and 1/2000 zoning plans, plus local master plan adjustments. Certificate of capability for construction planning issued by the Hanoi Department of Construction in 2022.
How long does a 1/500 plan usually take?
It depends on the scale and the readiness of the input data. For a 15–30 ha area with a topographic map available, preparing the plan usually takes about 2–3 months, excluding consultation and appraisal time.
Is a topographic survey needed first?
Yes. CGD also handles topographic and geotechnical surveys, so the project owner does not have to coordinate two contractors at this stage.
